NHL VIPTIX is an internal ticket request application. with the ability to create, approve and allocate hockey game ticket requests.
Create and track Requests for Tickets
Viptix allows any NHL employee to create a request for hockey game tickets. Requesters can then follow the status of their request through to fulfillment.
Search Events by Schedule
Requesters can use the Event Schedule to search and select any game in the NHL Season to create a request. The VIPTIX Event Schedule has a direct feed of the NHL master broadcast schedule.
Secure Payment
VIPTix uses secure payment through PCI compliant credit card processing using Payprise, or internal budget codes
Approvals in VIPTix
After a request has been made Approvers and Allocators review requests. For each request they have the ability to approve, deny, or send back each request
Ticket Allocation
After approval, the Allocator has the ability to select a specific ticket from the ticket inventory and assign it to a request
Ticket Inventory
In VIPTIX, Admins build the Ticket Inventory each season. Individual ticket upload and bulk ticket upload are available on the Ticket Inventory page. Filter, sort and search capabilities make finding any selection of tickets easy.
